I challenge you all to a goal for the year. Start counting how many times you hear of a story that is really scary and important and it turns out to be nothing. How many stories have you stressed over only to forget it once the next story happens. Stop being told what to care about and stop feeling like you're a good person for moaning about it. Get on with your life and focus on stuff closer to home. Focus on your family and your community. And stop watching the news, it's bad for you.
